1.Dispatch Policy.
We are only available to accept orders for delivery to the United
Kingdom
Our standard carriage charge for parcels is now £4.95**
We will use DHL couriers, or Royal Mail to deliver your order.
We aim to deliver within 7 working days, but please allow up
to 10.
** This amount may vary for heavy weight items or any delivery
in a remote location . (This includes Scottish highlands and
offshore destinations)
We will contact you with a revised delivery charge if applicable
before we process your order.
Large parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery.If you
would like us to leave the parcel in a safe place, please inform
us in the comments box when you place the order, or you can contact
us by telephone.

2.Purchase of Products.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our
Order acceptance policy.
We are only able to accept orders for shipping to the United
Kingdom
Pricing
All prices in our online catalogue are in UK Pounds Sterling
and include UK VAT where applicable. Orders are subject to delivery
charges that are stated in the shopping cart upon viewing.
Payment Methods
We can accept payment via Credit/Debit Card The cards we accept
are: Visa, Mastercard, Switch-Maestro, Solo-Maestro.
Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between
you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the website
by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout
process. You will be guided through the process of placing an
order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing
that we have received your order request. This is not an order
confirmation or order acceptance.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract
between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of
the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not
accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with
the instructions in How to cancel your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Contract cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if
you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than
eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior
to order despatch, please contact us. If your order has already
been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns
policy.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply
to Products that fall into the following categories:
- Goods specifically ordered to your requirements
- Perishable goods (for example foodstuffs)

may differ slightly from that displayed. We cannot confirm the
price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current
rates and are correct at the time of entering the information
onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of
the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the
Delivery section of this Website.
Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment
section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared
from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used
lawfully.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment
card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment
to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on
this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any
reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of
our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not
that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials
or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction
or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has
begun.
To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully
enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law

3.Cancellation and Returns.
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased
on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we
aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item
may be returned for any reason within 28 days of the date of
despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. The customer
will be responsible for all postage charges.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise,
we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items:
goods ordered to your requirements
perishable goods
and books / written material.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
There are two options for exchanging or returning a faulty item:
Return using a courier
Call our customer services team on 01548 855656. We will ask
whether you want a refund or an exchange, and the reason for
the return. They will give you a RETURNS MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION
number (RMA number). We will then arrange for a courier to collect
the Item(s) from your address and upon receipt of the return
issue the relevant refund or exchange.
Return via post
Call our customer services team on 01548 855656. We will ask
whether you want a refund or an exchange, and the reason for
the return. They will give you a RETURNS MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION
number (RMA number). You will then need to return the Item(s)
to us with relevant reference numbers attached and upon receipt
of the return we will issue the relevant refund or exchange.
In the event of a return being made for reasons of faulty goods,
or a dispatch error on our part we will refund the cost of the
return to you upon receipt of the goods.
Note: Goods must be returned within 28 days of contacting our
customer services team.
Checklist (please ensure you follow all the points below to
minimise any delay in dealing with your exchanged or returned
item(s).
Write the RMA number for the package you are returning in a
prominent position on the package. Please wrap the item securely
for transit, using the manufacturer’s original packaging
if available, and remember to enclose your despatch note. Once
we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate
the refund, replacement or exchange.To discuss the return of

Faulty Goods
Examination by the company of such goods shall disclose to its
satisfaction that such defects exist and have not been caused
by misuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, installation
or handling, or by repair or alteration not effected by the company.
If you decide that the product you ordered is not suitable, you
may return it to us in good condition for a full refund. This
will be credited to your credit/debit card account.
If the product proves to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement
to be sent.
4.Confidentiality.
In some places on our website, we ask you to provide personal
details such as your name and email address. We do not sell,
trade, or rent your information to others.
All confidential information, including credit card details,
are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form.
We guarentee that your information will remain confidential

5.Availability.We always endeavour to have our range in stock,
but we do sometimes experience delays in our suppliers delivering
to us. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact
you to inform you of any delay that we are aware of. Generally
we only experience short delays in obtaining more stocks, we
will do our best to ensure you are informed of progress. Of course,
you always have the option of canceling your order.

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful
manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes
and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted
